Job Title: Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will play an integral role in the design, planning, and construction of commercial buildings and spaces in Aalborg. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs and vision of our clients, and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in commercial projects. You should have a thorough understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods. Additionally, proficiency in CAD software is required.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting site visits to assess project feasibility, creating detailed drawings and blueprints, collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure design integrity, and managing the budget throughout the project. You must also be able to effectively communicate with clients to present design proposals and incorporate their feedback into the final plans.

This role requires excellent time-management skills as you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail is also essential as accuracy is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

We are seeking a candidate who is proactive, creative, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates with experience working on sustainable or environmentally friendly designs are preferred.
