Commercial Architect

A dynamic and innovative architecture firm in Aalborg is seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including retail spaces, office buildings, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for commercial building projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing project budgets is preferred
