Restaurant Manager
Location: Esbjerg, Denmark
Salary: 1700$ per month
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and develop employees to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
