We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling restaurant in Odense. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Create work schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor food quality to maintain high standards of taste and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Keep track of expenses, revenue, and profits on a regular basis.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is preferred.
- Understanding of budgeting, financial statements, and profit/loss analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
