We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concierge to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide helpful recommendations
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services as requested by guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Handle any complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Friendly demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
