We are currently hiring for the position of a Seasonal Concierge in Odense, Denmark. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with various tasks to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests at once
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
