Industrial Architect - Braga, Portugal



We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our growing team in Braga, Portugal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans and designs for industrial buildings, including layout, materials, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Work with contractors and engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of industrial building design, materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred

Salary:

This position is based in Braga, Portugal. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
