Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Faro. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our company's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing paperwork, and coordinating with different departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, without accommodation provided. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments
- Organize paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and ordering office supplies
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up on tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
