Job Title: Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office in Faro, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an administrative role and be proficient in office software applications. Accommodation will be provided for this full-time position with a salary of 1500$. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and ordering
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain employee records and files
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
Preferred:
- Experience with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Fluency in Portuguese or another language is a plus
