Gardener Supervisor

As a Gardener Supervisor in our landscaping company based in Os, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of gardeners to ensure the maintenance and beautification of our clients' outdoor spaces. This role requires strong leadership skills, horticultural knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule daily tasks for a team of gardeners
- Train new employees on proper gardening techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory of gardening tools and supplies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences for their outdoor space
- Plan, design, and implement landscape projects according to client requests
- Oversee the planting, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and pest control activities within assigned properties
- Conduct regular quality checks on completed work to ensure high standards are met
- Report any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a gardener or landscaping supervisor
- Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
- Own transportation preferred

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Os, Norway (Preference for Norwegian or EU citizens)
