We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and activities upon guest request
- Arrange transportation services for guests including airport transfers and car rentals
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area to provide personalized recommendations to guests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or similar customer service role in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Oslo preferred
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for international candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
