Hotel Sales Manager
A luxury hotel in Bergen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding for the hotel
- Plan and execute sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
