Industrial Architect



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and production plants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design proposals
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints for industrial buildings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Stay updated on new techniques, materials, and technologies related to industrial architecture
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.

Location:
This position is located in Faroe Islands. While preference will be given to local candidates, we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate.
