Part-Time Architecture Manager in Roskilde

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects for our company, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on time. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Roskilde
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in budget management and cost control

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines
- Manage project budgets and expenses, including negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Review project plans, designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes
and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth project coordination

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Biometric passport required for international travel
