We are in search of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Faro, Portugal on a contract basis. As our Contract Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods and ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all products are made with high-quality ingredients and meet food safety standards.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking.
- Decorate cakes and pastries as needed.
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Clean work area, equipment, and utensils after each shift.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding portion control, waste management, and product quality.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional baker.
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, fillings, icings, etc.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are ready for sale according to schedule.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags or trays.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Salary:
As our Contract Baker in Faro, Portugal you will receive a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
