Facade Technician - Contract Position in Oslo, Norway


We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Oslo, Norway for a contract position. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to design plans and specifications
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with facades and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Facade Technician or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of facade materials, installation techniques, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to provide own tools

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade certification or diploma in a relevant field such as Construction or Carpentry
- Experience working on commercial or high-rise buildings
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as cranes or lifts

Salary & Benefits:
This is a contract position offering a competitive salary of $1000 USD per week. Accommodation will also be provided during the duration of the contract.
