Facade Technician


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This includes working with various materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete to create aesthetically pleasing and functional facades.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to design specifications
- Maintain and repair existing facades to ensure their durability and safety
- Inspect buildings for any facade issues or damage
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical problems with facades
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure the proper installation of facades
- Operate various tools and equipment required for facade work
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working at heights or with heavy materials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit to work at heights and lift heavy materials if needed
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1000 per month (without accommodation) for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo, the capital city of Norway known for its beautiful architecture. While we prefer candidates who are already based in Oslo or nearby areas, we are also open to candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
