Job Title: Finisher Specialist



A well-established manufacturing company in Greenland is seeking a skilled and experienced Finisher Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality finished products.

As a Finisher Specialist, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to our products, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and customer specifications. You will work closely with other members of the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key responsibilities:
- Perform finishing techniques such as sanding, polishing, painting, and staining on various materials including wood, metal, and plastic
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary adjustments
- Use hand tools and equipment such as sanders, buffers, and spray guns to achieve desired finish
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any supply needs to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in finishing techniques is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a finisher in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to finishing work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing or lifting for extended periods of time
