Office Manager Assistant
As an Office Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office in Herning. This is a contract position suitable for students looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organize and maintain office filing systems
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, currently pursuing a degree in a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $900 per month
Location: Herning, Denmark (open to all nationalities)
