Warehouse Supervisor

We are in search of a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Horsens. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed to maintain efficient and organized operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse workers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained
- Monitor productivity levels and implement strategies to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, orders, and deliveries
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Ability to manage a team effectively with excellent leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as needed

Salary: 1600$
Location: Horsens, Denmark (accommodation provided)
