Executive Chef - Temporary Position in Odense, Denmark
We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Odense, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of our restaurant and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our customers.
As an Executive Chef, you will be expected to have extensive knowledge and experience in creating menus, managing staff, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that are both creative and cost-effective
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain food quality standards and ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with restaurant management to implement new strategies for success
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high standards
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting. They must also be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Salary for this temporary position is 1000 USD per week. Please note that this is a temporary position without accommodation available. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates.
