Land Surveyor

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kolding. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise locations and measurements of property boundaries, topography, and other features. You will also use specialized equipment and software to collect and analyze data, create maps and reports, and communicate findings to clients and project managers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools
- Experience with CAD software for map creation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use specialized equipment to collect data such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze data using software such as AutoCAD or GIS programs
- Create accurate maps, drawings, reports, and legal descriptions based on survey data
- Communicate findings to clients and project managers
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

This position offers a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation is not provided but we offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates. This is an urgent job opportunity so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
