Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to join our team in Vejle. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various projects within the company. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. A degree in business management or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position with salary starting at 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee projects from conception to completion
- Create project timelines, identify milestones, and ensure project goals are met
- Allocate resources and manage project budgets
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues that arise
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Review project documentation and provide feedback for improvement
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in project management or related role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software such as Asana or Trello
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus

Location:
This position is based in Vejle but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Visa Sponsorship:
We do not currently offer visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.

Freshers:
This position is open to both experienced professionals as well as freshers with a strong background in project management and relevant skills. We provide on-the-job training and support to help you excel in this role.
