Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for our company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in the Oslo area. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively pursue new business opportunities in the Oslo area
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively answer any questions or concerns from customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and follow up on leads to ensure timely closure of deals
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Fluency in Norwegian; proficiency in English is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Oslo area

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus commission on sales. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
