Experienced Barber

We are searching for an experienced Barber to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair care services to our clients, including haircuts, beard trims, and styling. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to determine their desired hairstyle
- Provide haircuts, beard trims, and other hair care services according to client's preferences
- Keep up-to-date with current hairstyles and trends to offer suggestions and recommendations to clients
- Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment by sanitizing tools and equipment after each use
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Upsell products or additional services to clients when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber in a fast-paced salon or barbershop setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to clients' needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Extensive knowledge of different haircut styles, beard grooming techniques, and hair care products
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create precise cuts and styles according to client's preferences
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism at all times

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in Norway or Scandinavian countries is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Norwegian language is an asset but not required
- Willingness to relocate or already residing in Alta
- Valid Barbering license
