Job Title: Sales Associate - La Condamine, Monaco


As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in our retail store located in La Condamine, Monaco. You will provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases while meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a contract position that requires previous experience in sales and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their needs to provide personalized shopping experience
- Promote and sell products by highlighting features and benefits
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves and displays
- Process payments accurately using various methods of payment
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to the overall team's success
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately
- Must have a valid biometric passport allowing for travel within Europe
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset
Salary: 1500$ per month (plus commission on sales)
