Formworker Foreman



We are in need of a skilled Formworker Foreman to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. The ideal candidate should have experience in formwork construction and be able to lead a team of workers to complete projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of formworkers on construction sites.
- Interpret and understand blueprints and drawings.
- Set up and dismantle formwork according to specifications.
- Ensure the proper placement, alignment, and levelness of formwork.
- Pour and finish concrete as per project requirements.
- Train new workers on formwork techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment used for formwork construction.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a formworker or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different types of formwork systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used for formwork construction.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
- Good communication skills in English or Danish.

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed vocational training or apprenticeship programs in carpentry or construction. Non-Danish nationals must be legally eligible to work in Denmark.
