Courier Delivery Driver



As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and documents to various locations in Bergen. You will be required to operate a delivery vehicle, follow route schedules, and maintain accurate delivery records. This is a contract job with free visa and ticket provided, making it a great opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the courier industry.

Responsibilities:
- Load packages onto delivery vehicle in a safe and organized manner
- Plan and follow the most efficient route for timely delivery of packages
- Obtain necessary signatures and payments from customers upon delivery
- Record all deliveries accurately and submit necessary paperwork on time
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle at all times
- Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to the appropriate parties
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 1 year of experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with Bergen roads and neighborhoods is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills with the ability to follow schedules closely
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording deliveries
