Barista

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as other food and drinks. You will also maintain a clean and organized work area, handle cash transactions, and engage with customers to provide excellent service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista
- Excellent knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Ability to operate espresso machines and other equipment
- Good communication skills and customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Norway

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customers' preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent service
- Take orders from customers both in person and over the phone
- Educate customers on our products and promotions
- Ensure all food safety standards are met when handling food items
- Follow health codes and maintain sanitation standards at all times
