IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the information technology department in our company located in Herning, Denmark. You will be tasked with developing and implementing IT strategies to support the overall business objectives, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the IT team. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage a team of IT professionals and ensure their continuous development
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure effective communication between departments regarding IT initiatives and projects
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and security measures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
- Manage budgets for hardware, software, and other technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, security measures, and software development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies
- Ability to stay updated on new technologies and trends in the industry
- Experience managing budgets for hardware, software, and other technology needs

Salary: 1100$ per month with accommodation provided.
