Junior Database Administrator

We are hiring a Junior Database Administrator to join our team in Herning. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in database administration and be willing to learn new skills. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the company's databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Assist in database design and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and security
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Basic understanding of database design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Previous experience in database administration or related field
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python)
- Knowledge of cloud-based databases (e.g. AWS, Azure)
