Job Title: Online Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Bergen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to clients through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through different online platforms to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to potential customers
- Assist customers with product selection and make recommendations based on their requirements
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the provided services
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer service or sales role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of online communication tools and platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good understanding of customer psychology and ability to build rapport with clients
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
