Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Greenland. This includes planning, organizing, budgeting, and supervising the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; obtaining necessary permits and approvals; hiring and managing contractors; conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality of work; resolving any issues or delays that may arise; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; and effectively communicating with all parties involved in the project.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a similar climate as Greenland. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
