Commercial Architect


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Aarhus. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design concepts that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure that all building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements are met
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
