Teamlead - Operations Management, Washington, Canada


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Washington, Canada. As the Teamlead for our operations management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and leading a team of professionals towards achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, mentorship and support while also setting clear expectations and objectives.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and achieve business targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication across the organization.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategies that drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with operational software systems.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month plus benefits package. This is a full-time position that requires availability during regular business hours. Accommodation will not be provided.
