Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design to construction. You will also be responsible for leading a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop appropriate design solutions
- Lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Review architectural plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture
- Make recommendations for process improvements or cost-saving measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation. This is a contract job suitable for men. A biometric passport is also required.
