We are seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers in creating innovative and functional architectural designs
- Oversee all stages of project development from concept design to construction completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints
- Develop project proposals, contracts, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and review progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders

Preferred:
- Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with construction processes

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position suitable for candidates who have completed their education or have prior work experience. We also welcome applications from students who are interested in gaining practical experience in architecture management.
