Online Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online platforms. This part-time position offers a salary of 1000$ per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and video conferencing
- Understand and analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Utilize product knowledge to effectively promote services and upsell to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide relevant advice to clients

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with online tools and platforms for communication and data analysis
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience working as an online consultant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
