IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Horsens. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and networks, and maintaining computer peripherals.

To excel in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of computer systems and networks. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide them with technical guidance. A biometric passport is preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripheral devices
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including all activities, communications, and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues or potential problems
- Keep up-to-date on the latest technologies in the field of IT support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems (Windows & Mac) and networks
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport preferred
