Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through various online channels. This may include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on products or services. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as email, chat, or video conferencing
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay updated on product/service offerings to provide accurate information to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various online communication tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about new products/services and adapt quickly

Location: Horsens, Denmark (remote work may be considered)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
