- Provide mentorship and support for team members' career development
- Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on team progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is an asset
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills is an asset)
- Must be eligible to work in Denmark without sponsorship
