Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred)
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Balzers market. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with marketing and product development teams to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual targets
- Identify potential customers and build relationships through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to develop effective sales strategies
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve their targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Balzers market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
- Indian nationality preferred
