Sales Manager - Balzers, Nepal
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Balzers, Nepal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Identify potential new markets and clients to expand the company's customer base
- Lead sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
