Survey Technician
As a Survey Technician in La-Condamine, you will be responsible for assisting in the collection and analysis of survey data for various land development projects. Your role will involve using specialized equipment and software to measure and map land features, such as boundaries, topography, and existing structures. You will work closely with a team of surveyors to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and operation of survey equipment, including total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors.
- Collect field data using various methods, such as GPS, robotic total stations, and conventional surveying techniques.
- Process collected data using specialized software to create accurate maps and drawings.
- Conduct research and review records to obtain necessary information for survey projects.
- Assist in the preparation of legal descriptions, plats, and other project documents.
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in surveying or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying or related field.
- Proficient in the use of survey equipment and software.
- Ability to read maps, drawings, and legal descriptions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
