Plasterboard Worker

We are hiring a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Fonvieille! As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard on walls and ceilings. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment. Previous experience is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific dimensions
- Install plasterboard on walls and ceilings using various tools and techniques
- Apply joint tape and compound to seams for a smooth finish
- Sand down rough areas and ensure surfaces are even
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces as needed
- Work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines on job sites

Requirements:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials
- Good communication skills for working with team members
- Ability to read blueprints or plans is an asset but not required
- Previous experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not necessary

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month, with the potential for increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Fonvieille, so candidates who live within commuting distance or are willing to relocate will be given preference.
