Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently hiring a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herning. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners. You will also be in charge of creating and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, contracts, and revenue generated.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless operations for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to all inquiries and resolving any issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
