Project Manager

We are in need of a highly organized and driven Project Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective contingency plans
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing budgets and resources
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
-Norwegian nationality or proficiency in the Norwegian language
-PMP certification
