Finisher Supervisor

As a Finisher Supervisor, you will oversee the final stages of production for our company in Os, ensuring that all finished products meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing a team of finishers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure timely completion and accuracy of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of finishers, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train new finishers on company processes and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees
- Review production reports and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a finishing department or similar field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials used in finishing operations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
