We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your main duties will include creating architectural plans, developing project budgets and timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all construction meets safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Salary: $1100 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken) is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans for various projects
- Develop project budgets and timelines according to client requirements
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure that construction adheres to design plans and meets quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in architectural technology, and building codes/regulations
