Job Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. Your primary focus will be managing a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and motivation
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
- Ability to travel for business purposes
- Biometric passport is required for all applicants
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Aarhus (relocation assistance available)
